PROMOTER AGREEMENTS:

 

1. To observe the Prayer for Peace moment

2. To select a local charity and give them presence at the event
**PLEASE NOTE:
It is not a requirement that Earthdance events charge admission or even make money. However, for those that do, Promoter Agreements # 3 & 4 apply.

3.** To give 50% of Profits to chosen charity

4. ** Events making over $2000 USD profit agree to give 10% back to Earthdance International (i.e. $2000 profit: keep $1000, Charity $800, Earthdance $200)
 

5. To fill out the Post-Event Form after the event
(before Nov 1, 2008)

6. To communicate regularly with The Earthdance International Coordinator

7. To use the Earthdance logo and www.earthdance.org on all printed materials and websites.

8. To refer to my event by its location name in addition to Earthdance, for example.: Earthdance London

Earthdance® is a trademark of Earthdance International, a California non-profit corporation. The following terms apply to any Earthdance production unless explicitly disclaimed.

Subject to approval by Earthdance International, Earthdance International hereby grants promoter permission to use the Earthdance name for the purpose of promoting an Earthdance event, and selling merchandise at the event for Earthdance 2008 to be held between September 12-14, 2008 at the location provided by the promoter in this form. No other usage of the Earthdance name is allowed unless provided for by Earthdance International in writing.
