CONGRATULATIONS PROMOTERS!!!

You all did a wonderful job this year. I know you worked hard. Some people had big turnouts and others did not - but what really counts is the quality of your event and the feeling your guests take away with them.

Thank-you for filling out this form. Filling out this form is an important part of the agreement you make as an Earthdance promoter. It allows us to guage where we are strong and where we need to improve. This information may help us get funding which we want to use to support our international promoters.

Promoters in good communication are vital for the organization. Please continue to email me and keep us informed of plans for next year!! Do NOT wait until the last minute. Please register for 2008 by May 2008.

CHARITY DONATION INFO

EARTHDANCE DONATION POLICY: After you pay off all your expenses, if (and only if) your event makes over $2000 USD in profit, we are asking you to support the main office by giving us 10% of your profit. For example, if you made $2000 profit, you would keep $1000, send $800 to your charity and $200 to Earthdance International.
