Hello Earthdance Promoters,

Another exciting Earthdance year is around the corner and we are already gearing up for this year's celebration.

However, before we get started on 2008, there are a few details from 2007 that need to be finished up. Please see below for important information from last year's event such as:

Registrations for 2008 will be starting in the next couple of weeks, so please check back for more updates and our remodeled website :)

FILL OUT THE POST EVENT FORM

It is so important for all promoters of public events to fill out the post event form so that Earthdance International has an idea of what your event looked like. Filling out the Post Event Form is also a part of the Earthdance Promoter Agreement AND we will not be able to process your registraion for 2008 without having your post event form.

Also, we really love to hear how your event turned out and what you did for your charity.

SHARE YOUR EVENT WITH THE INTERNATIONAL FAMILY

Please share your Earthdance event flyer, photos, and story with us!

We would love to add your event flyer and photos to our 2007 galleries to share with the international community. We are also looking to highlight events for the EARTHDANCE EVENT SPOTLIGHT in our international email blasts.

If you are interested in sharing your event with our international family, or submitting photos and flyers then please contact promoter@earthdance.org for more information.

It would be great if you could provide us with High Resolution copies of your flyers and photos for the Earthdance coffee table book.

DONATE YOUR DESIGN

Earthdance is calling out for designs from around the world to use in our TSHIRT store! Every year, each event has it's own interpretation of the Earthdance logo, and we want to get those in front of the entire international community. If you are interested in donating your design to the Earthdance store for placement on a TSHIRT, please email promoter@earthdance.org for more information. THANK YOU!
