EARTHDANCE. It's more than just a festival, it's a global movement.

How to Register Your OFFICIAL Earthdance 2012 Event:

1. Select your event type below and follow steps to complete the regsitration form and submit your $25 registration fee to be considered an official Earthdance producer for a public event in your community! Please allow up to 7 days for us to review your application and we will get back to you with instructions to complete your registration.
2. Once your event location is approved, we will create a unique event listing (i.e.Earthdance 'Your City' 2012) and user profile through the Earthdance parent account on Eventbrite.
3. You will receive a unique username and password to login, customize, edit, manage, promote and sell tickets (optional) through your Earthdance event listing via Eventbrite. Please be sure to update your event listing with the following:Ticket Information (paid/free/donation), Event Details, Logo/Image, Date(s)/Timezone, Location, Host, etc.
4. Once your event page is ready to go live, select the option to "Publish My Event" and your unique event listing will automatically be listed as an official Earthdance 2012 public event on the Earthdance organizer page at Earthdance.eventbrite.com and onEarthdance.org/locations.
5. You can log back in at any time to edit your event listing, manage promotions, and track RSVPs, donations or ticket sales, etc.
6. All tickets sold through your event listing on Eventbrite go to support Earthdance's continued coordination and promotion of the Global Festival for Peace by automatically donating $1 per ticket to Earthdance International's 501c3.

PLEASE NOTE: All Earthdance producers internationally can post paid events, collecting payments via Credit Card, PayPal, and/or Google Checkout for tickets priced in U.S. Dollars and the following Internationally Supported Currencies.
