RESOURCES FOR EARTHDANCE PRODUCERS
EVENT LOCATION GROUPS
If you are promoting a Public Earthdance event, you need to be an officially Earthdance registered event. If you have not registered your event with us yet, please submit your registration form.
Remember, your group name will be: Earthdance LOCATION (city or nearest city - NOT state or country). There are over 300 events worldwide and no single event is the official "Earthdance".
1. Go to: http://www.earthdancenetwork.com
2. Join as yourself (as an individual):
3. Go to Community > Groups:
4. Click 'Add a Group'. Your Group Name will be: Earthdance YourLocation. If you create a Page for your event in any social networking environment, please remember to call it: "Earthdance YourCity" (not just Earthdance).
Once you have created your group on the network, we will link to it from: http://www.earthdance.org/locations
Please be aware that our team has to do this manually, so it may take a little time. It is helpful if you can email and let us know that you have created your group.
