PRODUCER RESOURCES FOR EARTHDANCE EVENTS
• Event Location Groups - If you are promoting a Public Earthdance event, you will need to REGISTER and create an EARTHDANCE EVENT LOCATION GROUP on the network site.
• Earthdance Ticketing Service – now available for all registered Earthdance Event Producers in the U.S., and soon internationally.
• Logos, Fonts & Images - Please use our official Logo on your promotional materials. This includes your website and any flyers you create. We have included the standard fonts for Earthdance as well.
• Earthdance Overview Docs - These documents were designed to educate you as well as anyone that you need to approach for help, such as local authorities, potential sponsors, volunteers, etc..
• 2010 Press Release (Coming Soon!)
• 2009 Post-Event Form - This form allows us to do excellent follow-up AFTER the event. By gathering attendance and charity donation information, we can update our records and make public this information on the website. It is vital that we have good follow-through to our Earthdance events.
