Since
2002, Earthdance
has been recreating an innovative media concept where live art meets
live music. During every musical performance on the main stage,
artists capture the energy by creating spontaneous paintings alongside
the bands. These paintings are exhibited in a special gallery
on site and will be sold to the public via a silent auction with
50% of the proceeds being donated to the Earthdance Foundation.

Fishing, waves, love and of course good music have always
been an energy that runs through my paintings. The most
important ingredient in my art is getting out of the way
of myself and channeling the universe through me, which
is something I had to discover myself, I couldn't learn
it in school. I consider myself a self taught artist with
some inspiring teachers along the way. My stlye include
everything from commissioned photo realism, portraits, landscapes
trout art and my latest genre is Live Art in front of live
music. I first participated in Paintings for Peace in 2004,
at the Earthdance festival northern California. |

feel Art has the power to heal. My intent is to create harmonious,
colorful flowing forms and
spaces that all interact with each other through a geometric
language of creation formulas. These formulas are evident
in cell structure, snow flakes, bubbles, honey combs, atoms,
molecules, and beyond. Seeing large luminous paintings,
depicting our source structural intention can help set us
back into alignment. I see Art through the eyes that see
the world around me. It is a world of unfathomable creation
and magnitude. So, I see the creation of Art that attempts
to reflect the true power and beauty of its own source.
My ultimate goal is to create large scale works of art that
blow open the new visionary horizons and remind people of
how much beauty there is deep inside our battered hearts."

Luke
Brown |
Luke
Brown is an intrepid explorer, part of a new generation
of visionaries recontructing the templates of culture as
we know it. His art speaks of the spiritual mysteries in
the human imagination. Mystical experiences, dreams, medicine
journeys, and channelled lucid dialogues with the source
of creativity itself, seem to guide and be guided by the
colourful symmetries and living surfaces of his art. Much
of his work emerges from a graceful synthesis of digital
and painting mediums. Developing his work through mix and
remix technologies, Luke is constantly redefining his style
as a spiritual medium for growth. He is intent on mapping
his hyperspatial experiences with utmost accuracy, with
whichever medium seems best suited, as a form of multidimensional
cartography.
His
art has been shown internationally with such visionary heavyweights
such as Alex Grey, HR Giger, Robert Venosa and Ernst Fuchs.
He is currently a resident of the lush Elfinstone rainforest
in BC Canada, one of an infinite number of parallel universes
in which he resides within simultaneously. |

much of his inspiration exploring countless natural power
spots and Mesoamerican sacred sites where he developed a
keen interest in ancient cultures and their expression through
the arts and cosmology. He currently resides in San Francisco,
California where he now focuses on his artistic endeavors.
Carey describes his work as holomorphic transmission vision
crystals. The imagery channels through, sourced from the
universal matrix, and crystallizes into form onto templates
based on sacred geometry and other patterns of nature. Beginning
usually with only a seed of intention, the color and form
evolve unconsciously to create the finished art. Revealing
the interconnectedness of all things is the primary intention
of Carey's artwork. |

endless vision questing and a transfixation on multidimensionality,
combining symbolic imagery with deep memory and aligning
with the Alloneness of our Sacred Source.. David represents
this altarworldly journey Through a lens which acknowledges
simultaneously infinite largeness and infinite smallness
His paintings always illuminate deeper synchronicity than
premeditation would allow for, achieved by stepping out
of the way and into the Way, becoming a channel for Pure
Creativity to pour forth |

Tom
Griffin |
Tom
has enjoyed art in one form or another for most of his life.
His paintings have a dream like
quality to them much like the childhood he remembers. Some
of his paintings are as simple as a flower with a butterfly
and others are more complex with deeper spiritual feeling
and meaning.
What
excites Tom most about creating art is the knowing that
every brush stroke has the potential for something amazing.
This is also the manner in which he chooses to live his
life. Tom hopes that his work can bring inspiration to the
ones that view it so they can take that and turn it into
something for themselves. Tom currently lives amongst the
trees on beautiful Whidbey Island with his wife and son
where he can still be caught from time to time staring at
those big wonderful bumblebees. |
