Heart Circles: Sacred Circles for the New Paradigm
‘How to Create your own Heart Circle’
Heart Circles are small, self-facilitated groups for people who want to become more creative, joyful, intuitive and heart-directed. Heart Circles are for people who are ready to consciously create what they want their world/lives to be.
These kinds of self-organized circles are not only effective for personal transformation, but they may also be crucial in building sustainable communities to take us safely through this period of dramatic global transition. This workshop introduces you to the tools you need for forming your own Heart Circle with others you trust. Facilitated by Tej Steiner, the founder of 'Men in Circle' and co-creator of 'In My Village'; an innovative community sustainability project that uses Heart Circles to 're-localize' communities. He is author of Heart Circle: How Sitting In Circle Can Transform Your World and has been an independent facilitator of small support groups for the past twenty five years.

Spoken Truth: The Power of Words
Words are one of the most powerful tools we have available to us in the work of creating a just and peaceful society. This workshop will explore the fantastic power of words while inviting participants to experience and create spoken word poetry. One piece of spoken word can express and inspire tears, laughter, rage, catharsis and connection. After taking a brief look at the exciting evolution of the modern spoken word movement, we will engage in some unique interactive writing exercises and creative activities. As we discover new ways to utilize our own authentic voices we will focus on the incredible impact sharing our words can have on ourselves and our world.
Facilitated by Jorah LaFleur – Spoken Word Artist (www.spacegnomerecords.com)

These new systems are needed to assist the change and re-education of our global community, allowing the birth of a New World. Intentional communities can be local, regional, and global, they are people coming together with conscious intention to assist the new pathways of our culture to be created and demonstrated to the greater global population. The Future of Festivals: Circle Gathering and Discussion

Festival unites diversity through the celebration of Life.
These times of celebration offer a sense of belonging and recognition, a sense of community with peers and elders. In past times, festivals were when the elders shared stories and transferred certain knowledge to the next generation. Are festivals the modern day Intertribal gatherings and what messages want to be shared and taken back to our communities?

Through the Future of Festivals, we discuss and vision how we can utilize these opportunities to support the growing network of people choosing creative and sustainable ways to live in harmony. How can we take this celebration of life into our homes and communities, transforming our own lives and catalysing the pathways to a sustainable world?

Join us as we journey through this Circle discussion with our guest Elders and representatives from Earthdance, Reggae on the River, Burning Man, Oregon Country Fair, The Beloved Community, Tribe of New Earth, Moontribe, Gathering of the Tribes, the Hog Farm, SolFest, Harmony Festival, the Rainbow Family, Oracle Gatherings, Tribal Harmonix, Joshua Tree Music Festival, Island Festival, Green Gorilla/Green Alliance and plenty of others, including Wavy Gravy, all are welcome.
